At their annual Dies Academicus celebrating the founding of their university, the University of Neuchâtel in Switzerland conferred upon Dr. Probst the degree of Doctor of Science honoris causa for her contributions to the field of occupational health psychology, economic stress, and safety at work.

Dr. Tahira Probst, Professor of Psychology and Associate Director of the NRT-LEAD program, was awarded the 2025 Outstanding Career Achievement from the College of Arts and Sciences for her catalytic research and service to promote worker health and productivity.
